When will my order arrive?
Most orders will arrive within 3-7 days from your initial order date. Some of the orders will have tracking number available for you to track online.If your order does not arrive within 30 days, there may be a problem due to inventory backorder or a problem with the mailing address.Who will deliver my package?
Orders will be delivered via the most efficient shipping method available which may include Royal Mail, City Link, Fedex or other package carriers.Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to process all requests for a specific shipping method.International orders
Most orders will arrive within 10 -15 days from your initial order date. We allow 2-3 business days to process your order and an additional 8 - 12 business days for the carrier to deliver to your home. How do I return a product?We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 100%Customer Satisfaction Policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund less shipping and handling. No returns will be accepted if post marked later than 30 days following the receipt of you shipment. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Our warehouse cannot accept packages with postage due. Requests for replacements or refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt of your returned package.
Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return from receipt by our Returns Department Warehouse. Upon issuing a refund this information will be passed on to your credit card holder which can take up to 14 business days to apply your credit. Where's my refund?
Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return from receipt by our Returns Department Warehouse. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Upon issuing a refund, this information will be passed on to your credit card holder which can take up to 14 business days to apply your credit.
